1. About Nushkha-e-Khas

Nushkha-e-Khas provides men’s intimate wellness and personal-care products, including wellness oils.

Throughout these Terms, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nushkha-e-Khas. The words “customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing our products.

2. Age Requirement

Our intimate wellness products are intended for adults aged 18 years or older.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.
The information provided by you is complete and accurate.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where we reasonably believe that the age requirement has not been met.

Unless expressly stated and legally authorised:

No particular result, improvement, or performance outcome is guaranteed.

Customers experiencing persistent pain, irritation, erectile difficulties, swelling, injury, infection, discharge, or another medical concern should consult a qualified doctor or healthcare professional.

4. Product Use and Safety

You agree to use every product strictly according to the instructions printed on its packaging or provided with the order.

Before using a product:

Review its ingredients and directions carefully.
Perform a small patch test where appropriate.
Do not use the product if you are allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredient.
Do not apply the product to injured, irritated, infected, or broken skin unless its directions specifically allow it.
Keep the product away from children.
Avoid contact with the eyes and follow all storage instructions.

Stop using the product immediately if you experience irritation, burning, swelling, discomfort, an allergic reaction, or another unexpected effect. Seek medical advice when necessary.

We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse, excessive use, failure to follow instructions, use despite a known allergy, or use for a purpose not stated on the product packaging.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, quantities, prices, and other information are accurate.

However:

Packaging, colour, appearance, or labelling may vary slightly from website photographs.
Images may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen or device.
We may improve or update packaging and product information without prior notice.
Typographical or technical errors may occasionally occur.

If an important product detail or price is incorrect, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.

An order is considered accepted after it has been confirmed by Nushkha-e-Khas through a phone call, WhatsApp message, email, SMS, or order-confirmation notification.

We may reject or cancel an order due to:

Incorrect customer information.
An incomplete or unverifiable address.
Product unavailability.
Suspected fraud or misuse.
Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders.
An incorrect price or website error.
Delivery restrictions in the customer’s area.
Any other reasonable business or legal concern.

Where advance payment has been made for a cancelled order, an applicable refund will be processed through the original or mutually agreed payment method.

7. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Available payment methods may include:

Cash on Delivery.
Bank transfer.
Mobile wallet.
Online payment or another method displayed at checkout.

Delivery fees, taxes, transaction charges, or other applicable costs will be shown or communicated before order confirmation where reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotional offers, delivery charges, and payment options at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

8. Cash on Delivery

Customers selecting Cash on Delivery must provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address.

The customer should remain available to receive the parcel. Repeated refusal, false ordering, or failure to receive confirmed orders may result in:

Cancellation of future Cash on Delivery orders.
A requirement for advance payment.
Restriction from placing further orders.

Customers must not place fake or unauthorised orders using another person’s information.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, security restrictions, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, natural events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing:

A correct name.
An active telephone number.
A complete address.
Any delivery instructions required to locate the destination.

Nushkha-e-Khas is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

10. Parcel Inspection

Customers should inspect the parcel’s external condition when it is received.

Where permitted by the courier, the customer may check whether the correct product and quantity have been delivered. The product’s safety seal or packaging should not be opened unless the customer intends to keep it, except where inspection is legally permitted or specifically authorised.

Any visible damage, leakage, missing item, or incorrect product should be reported promptly with clear photographs or an unboxing video.

11. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

For hygiene and customer-safety reasons, opened or used intimate wellness and personal-care products cannot normally be returned or exchanged merely because the customer changed their mind.

A replacement or refund may be considered where:

The wrong product was delivered.
The parcel arrived damaged or leaking.
The product was defective when received.
An item was missing from the parcel.
A return or refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

To submit a claim, contact us within three days of delivery and provide:

Your order number.
Your name and contact number.
Clear photographs of the parcel and product.
An unboxing video where available.
A brief explanation of the problem.

The product must remain unused and in its original packaging unless the defect could only reasonably be discovered after opening.

Claims may be declined where the product has been used improperly, damaged after delivery, returned without its original packaging, or reported outside the stated period without a reasonable explanation.

Approved refunds may take several working days depending on the payment provider. Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error.

Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable consumer right available under applicable law.

12. Order Cancellation

A customer may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, cancellation may not be possible. A customer who no longer wants an already-dispatched order should contact us instead of refusing the parcel without notice.

Nushkha-e-Khas reserves the right to cancel any order before delivery for a reasonable operational, payment, safety, or legal reason.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discounts, bundles, free gifts, and promotional offers:

Are available for a limited period.
May be subject to stock availability.
Cannot normally be combined unless expressly allowed.
May have separate eligibility requirements.
May be withdrawn or corrected in the event of an error or misuse.

Free promotional items do not normally have a separate cash value and may not be exchanged independently.

14. Customer Reviews and Content

Customers may submit reviews, photographs, videos, or feedback relating to their genuine experience.

By voluntarily submitting such content to us, you grant Nushkha-e-Khas permission to display, reproduce, edit for length, and use it on our website, social-media pages, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed.

You must not submit content that:

Is false, misleading, abusive, or defamatory.
Violates another person’s privacy.
Contains another person’s image without permission.
Infringes copyright or intellectual-property rights.
Includes unlawful or inappropriate material.

We may remove or refuse content at our reasonable discretion. Reviews represent individual customer experiences and do not guarantee that another customer will receive the same result.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content belonging to Nushkha-e-Khas—including its name, logo, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, packaging designs, videos, written content, and promotional material—is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, republish, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

16. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

Use our website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Place fake orders.
Provide false identity, contact, or payment information.
Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation.
Copy or misuse our brand content.
Resell counterfeit products under our name.

We may restrict access, cancel orders, or take appropriate legal action where misuse is suspected.

These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Nushkha-e-Khas is not responsible for a third party’s separate website, system, delay, service interruption, or unlawful conduct, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nushkha-e-Khas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from:

Improper product use.
Failure to follow instructions or warnings.
An undisclosed allergy or medical condition.
Reliance on customer reviews or general website content as medical advice.
Courier delays or third-party service interruptions.
Unauthorised access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Expectations or results not expressly guaranteed by us.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or consumer rights protected by applicable law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to compensate Nushkha-e-Khas for reasonable losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent ordering, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or unauthorised resale or representation of our products.
